Privacy notice
This notice describes how the RD Systemic Tech Solutions website, operated as an Israeli exempt dealer, handles information and measurement choices.

Information you choose to provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message so RDSTS can respond to your enquiry.
Server-side contact delivery
When you submit the form, the website sends the enquiry server-side through Resend for transactional email delivery to the verified RDSTS general-contact address, hello@rdsts.dev. Resend processes the message and related operational delivery data under its service terms. The form does not expose provider credentials or provider responses to the browser.
Application storage
RDSTS does not store contact submissions in a separate lead database or CRM in V1. The operational copy is the delivered business email together with provider-side data needed to deliver or diagnose the transaction.
Purpose and retention
Contact information is used to respond to and manage the resulting business conversation. If an enquiry does not become an active client or project, RDSTS retains it operationally for up to 12 months after the last substantive business interaction, unless a documented legal, dispute, security or other business need requires longer retention.
Direct WhatsApp and email contact
WhatsApp and manual email links remain optional contact channels. Nothing is sent through those services until you choose to send it, and each service processes the interaction under its own terms.
Vercel measurement
Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregate Web Analytics such as page views, routes, referrers, approximate geography and device or browser categories. Form names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and other free text are not sent to Vercel Analytics.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded on the production website only after you allow analytics. Analytics consent is separate from functional contact processing: rejecting analytics does not block the contact form. Form personal information and free text are not sent to Google Analytics.
Preferences stored on this device
The website stores your light or dark theme choice and a versioned analytics-consent choice in local storage. You can reopen Privacy settings from the footer and change your analytics choice.
Your choices
You may reject Google Analytics without losing access to the website or contact form. Access, correction or deletion requests can be sent to owner@rdsts.dev, subject to applicable obligations.
